Howdy Wallpaper primarily produces wallpaper after an order has been placed. Production is based on the design, dimensions, quantity, material and other specifications associated with the order.

Production Time

Processing times are estimates only. Large orders, custom requests, production volume, holidays, material availability and circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect processing time.

Each order is subject to our production quality-control process before dispatch. Our inspection process is designed to identify significant manufacturing or printing abnormalities before an order leaves our facility.

Wallpaper is commonly produced specifically for the dimensions, design, quantity and specifications associated with an individual order. Once production has commenced, the product may not be suitable for resale to another customer.

The following are generally not grounds for a return:

• Change of mind after the order has entered production.
• Change of design, style or color preference.
• Incorrect wall measurements supplied by the customer.
• Insufficient quantity ordered by the customer.
• Ordering the wrong material or product specification.
• Minor color differences caused by screen, monitor or device settings.
• Minor characteristics consistent with normal printing or material production.
• Damage or problems caused after delivery through cutting, installation, storage, handling or alteration.

Genuine manufacturing, printing or shipping-related problems are reviewed individually. A product issue must be assessed before a replacement or other remedy is authorized.

Reporting a Problem

Customers should contact Howdy Wallpaper promptly after discovering an issue and, where reasonably possible, before cutting, installing, altering or disposing of the affected wallpaper or packaging.

Shipping Damage

Where shipping damage is alleged, photographs of the outer packaging, shipping label and affected product may be required so that the shipment can be reviewed and, where appropriate, investigated with the carrier.

The customer is responsible for confirming the dimensions and quantities required for the project before submitting the order.

Customers should verify

• Wall width and wall height.
• Number and size of walls being covered.
• Doors, windows and other areas requiring consideration.
• Required wallpaper quantity.
• Selected design, material and finish.

Digital artwork and physical printing are different viewing environments. Some variation between an online preview and the finished wallpaper can occur.

Screen Display

Monitor calibration, screen brightness, device settings, operating systems and ambient lighting can affect the appearance of colors displayed online.

Printing & Material Characteristics

Minor differences in color, texture, surface appearance, ink distribution, panel characteristics or material finish may occur within normal production tolerances.

Where exact color matching is critical to a project, customers should consider ordering a sample where available before committing to a larger installation.

Inspection before cutting or installation is an essential part of the wallpaper installation process.

Before installation, the customer or installer should verify the delivered wallpaper for design, color, pattern, material, quantity, dimensions and visible condition.

Continuing installation after discovering a visible problem may materially affect the ability to assess the original condition of the product.

Wallpaper installation is dependent on the wall surface, environmental conditions and installation method.

Howdy Wallpaper is not responsible for problems caused by:

• Improper wall preparation.
• Dust, dirt, grease, moisture or contamination on the wall.
• Unsuitable or damaged wall surfaces.
• Incorrect installation technique.
• Installer error.
• Failure to follow applicable installation instructions.
• Environmental conditions affecting the installation.

Shipping and delivery estimates are provided for planning purposes. Actual transit time may vary depending on the destination, carrier, customs and circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly confirmed by Howdy Wallpaper in writing.

Carrier Delays

Delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, weather, holidays, strikes, transportation interruptions, remote-area delivery or other circumstances outside our reasonable control do not automatically constitute a product defect or entitlement to a refund.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information. Additional costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address, refused delivery, failed delivery or customer-requested delivery changes may be the customer's responsibility where permitted by applicable law.

Customs & Import Charges

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, VAT, GST, import taxes, brokerage charges or other destination-specific fees. These charges are determined by the destination country and are outside Howdy Wallpaper's control.

Many Howdy Wallpaper products are produced specifically after an order is placed and may be prepared according to the dimensions, design, quantity and specifications associated with that order.

Order Changes

Customers should review their order carefully before submitting it. Requests to change dimensions, quantity, design, material or other specifications must be made as soon as possible.

Where a change can be accommodated before production, additional charges or revised processing times may apply.

Howdy Wallpaper sells internationally. Orders may be subject to destination-specific consumer, customs, tax and import requirements.

Our responsibility is focused on the wallpaper product supplied and the remedies applicable to a confirmed product issue.

Product Remedies

Where a genuine manufacturing, printing or shipping-related issue is confirmed, Howdy Wallpaper may, depending on the circumstances, provide replacement material, replacement panels, reprinting, a refund or another appropriate remedy.

The remedy will depend on the nature and extent of the issue, the affected portion of the order, availability of replacement production and applicable legal requirements.

Third-Party & Installation Costs

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Howdy Wallpaper is not responsible for costs arising from third-party installation, labor, wall preparation, removal, reinstallation or other consequential expenses unless such responsibility is required by applicable law.
