Return & Refund Policy
At Howdy Wallpaper, every wallpaper mural, peel and stick wallpaper, canvas print, and custom décor product is manufactured specifically for each order. Because our products are made-to-order, we maintain a strict return and refund policy to ensure quality and fairness for all customers.
Returns
Since all products are custom-manufactured according to the specifications selected by the customer, returns are not accepted.
- Change of mind after placing an order
- Incorrect measurements provided by the customer
- Wrong design, material, or size selected during ordering
- Color variations between screen display and printed product
- Delayed deliveries caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities
- Installation-related issues or installer errors
- Products that have been cut, installed, altered, or used
Refunds
Refunds are generally not available for custom-made products.
Once an order enters production, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.
Approved claims may qualify for a replacement or reprint rather than a refund.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
To submit a claim, please provide:
- Order Number
- Opening Video
- Clear photographs of the product
- Clear photographs of the packaging
- Detailed description of the issue
Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.
Replacement Policy
If our quality assurance team confirms a manufacturing defect, printing defect, shipping damage, or production error, Howdy Wallpaper may, at its sole discretion:
- Reprint the affected product
- Replace the affected product
Replacement requests are subject to review and approval.
Inspection Before Installation
Please inspect all products carefully before installation.
No claims will be accepted once the product has been:
- Installed
- Partially installed
- Cut
- Modified
- Altered
Measurements & Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for verifying all measurements, quantities, shipping information, and customization details before placing an order.
Color Variations
Actual printed colors may vary slightly from images viewed on mobile devices, tablets, laptops, and monitors.
Such variations are normal within the printing industry and shall not be considered manufacturing defects.
Shipping Delays
Delivery dates are estimates only.
Howdy Wallpaper is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Courier services
- Customs inspections
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Government actions
- Force majeure events
Customs Duties & Taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, GST, brokerage fees, or similar charges imposed by their destination country.
Limitation of Liability
Howdy Wallpaper shall not be liable for:
- Installation or labor costs
- Removal or reinstallation expenses
- Loss of profits or business opportunities
- Project delays
- Third-party contractor charges
- Accommodation, travel, or related expenses
- Indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages
