About this piece
This whimsical Animal Wallpaper brings a hand-drawn countryside scene to the wall with rabbits, ducks, wildflowers and small picnic details. The vintage storybook mood feels at home in a Nursery Wallpaper scheme, while the soft blue and warm taupe colorways keep the toile look gentle and adaptable. For rooms that need a considered finishing touch, this Designer Wallpaper balances playful motifs with a calm, illustrated rhythm.
Across the design, rabbits and ducks nestle among tall wildflowers, leafy branches and simple picnic baskets. Fine hand-drawn outlines and softly filled shapes give the scene a vintage toile character without feeling formal. The motifs repeat across the wall, creating a steady illustrated landscape that invites closer looking and suits children’s rooms, bedrooms and play spaces.
The palette stays quiet and storybook-like: a dusty blue ground with cream linework in one colorway, and a warm taupe ground with pale motifs in the other. This gentle contrast keeps the pattern readable but soft, making it a natural fit for nurseries, kids’ bedrooms and calm playrooms. The overall effect is nostalgic, whimsical and easy to pair with simple wood furniture and soft textiles.

Katie
I would caution anyone ordering wallpaper from here to order a sample and carefully consider how the pattern will be scaled before purchasing. I ordered a sample specifically so I could see the color, texture, material, and pattern before committing to wallpaper for an entire wall. Based on what I saw from the sample, I purchased the full size wallpaper. When the full wallpaper arrived, it was dramatically different in appearance and not at all what I was looking for, for my wall. I would recommend confirming with the seller pattern sizes before ordering a full scale. While I was extremely disappointed, in the end the seller was very responsive and did make the situation right. I was very appreciative.
