Many wall murals and wallpapers sold on our website are printed specifically to the custom dimensions (Width x Height) provided by the customer. By placing a custom-sized order, you acknowledge that:

• You are solely responsible for measuring your walls accurately. We recommend adding a 2-to-3 inch (5-to-8 cm) safety margin to both width and height to account for wall slants or uneven surfaces.
• Custom-printed items cannot be resold and are final sale, non-refundable, and non-returnable once production begins.
• You are responsible for reviewing and approving digital design proofs, cropping boundaries, and scale choices when customized proofs are provided by our team.

All prices displayed are subject to change without prior notice. Depending on your location and checkout selections, prices may appear in local currencies. Applicable taxes, VAT, GST, customs duties, import fees, or shipping charges may apply.

Customers are responsible for:

• Local import duties and custom entry fees
• Customs clearance charges in the destination country
• State, national, or regional sales taxes
• Currency conversion fees charged by banks or payment providers

We ship internationally to selected countries. Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to:

• Customs inspections and clearance holds
• Weather conditions and regional disruptions

Due to the customized and made-to-order nature of many products:

Eligible Refund / Replacement Cases

Refunds or replacements may be approved only if:

• Wrong design or dimensions received due to our error
• Product arrives damaged in transit
• Manufacturing defect (such as printing alignment errors) verified by us

We reserve the sole right to determine eligibility for refund, replacement, partial compensation, or claim rejection. Shipping charges, customs duties, installation costs, labor charges, or third-party expenses are generally non-refundable.

Wallpaper, murals, and wall coverings should be installed by qualified professionals on properly prepared surfaces. Proper wall preparation (smooth, clean, dry, and primed) is critical to a successful installation.

We are not responsible for:

• Improper installation, bubbles, alignment issues, or panel mismatches
• Surface preparation issues or adhesive failure due to wrong wall textures
• Adhesive misuse or damage caused by aggressive pastes
• Wall, plaster, paint, or structural damage during or after installation
• Improper measurements or alignment corrections on-site
• Professional installation fees or labor costs under any circumstances

Customers are responsible for checking product design, alignment, and dimensions on the floor before hanging the wallpaper.

All website content including logos, wallpaper patterns, designs, graphics, images, product descriptions, videos, branding, and all other website content is owned by or licensed to Howdy Wallpaper and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You agree not to:

• Use the website unlawfully or for unauthorized commercial purposes
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or scrapers
• Interfere with website operations or backend servers
• Attempt unauthorized access to admin systems
• Submit false orders or fake customized dimensions
• Misuse promotional codes, coupons, or referrals
• Violate our intellectual property rights

We reserve the right to suspend accounts or restrict access for misuse.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Howdy Wallpaper shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or exemplary damages
• Consequential damages arising from product delivery delays

• Wall damage or installation-related repair costs

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.
